We started working with Royal Corinthian Homes after Hurricane Ian (Sept 2022). I recommend them. They have a good team of Project Managers and a good group of Vendors/Subs that they use. Their pricing is competitive. Their quality is good – yet like any job, there are always going to be some things that aren’t done to customer’s satisfaction. When that happened, they were always quick to resolve. For the most part, timelines were met unless product and/or material were delayed, permitting delays, and/or unforeseen circumstances occurred, which happens a lot during construction. I always add additional months to any construction timeline because there are always delays and unforeseen circumstances.

We appreciate the changes you made to the model in order for it to fit on our lot in Spanish Wells, and to customize it to our needs. The home has exceeded our high expectations. We keep pinching ourselves because living here seems so unreal. We have lived in the new home for almost six months now. It recently weathered Hurricane Ian without sustaining any damage. Others, including our next door neighbor, were not as fortunate.

In 2009 we were looking for a new home for our growing family. We picked Verandah as the community where we would like to live and soon agreed on a contract and the construction began in October 2009.

We relied on the entire RCH team, looking over the construction of the house; we felt confident we could trust them! The house was finished in June 2010. We moved in right away and haven’t encountered any problems since!

After almost 3 years, we are still very pleased with our house and we will recommend Royal Corinthian Homes without hesitation.

Thank you for building us a great home.

We had no damage from Hurricane Ian, and hope you all faired the same. The devastation in this area is fairly significant. Our former home is about 1.5 miles closer to the beach. It was also not damaged (aside from the screen on the lanai).But there is quite a bit of damage on the street. As you head toward the ocean or the Imperial River, the damage increases exponentially. There are neighborhoods that will never be the same. We were lucky and blessed to have found you.
